You would have noticed my little obsession
with the word “believe” lately. It is dramatic how one word can make such a key
difference in our lives when applied correctly.

As a writer, you receive kind words, gain
loyal followers who respect your work. Personally, I am grateful for my faithful
blog readers and I made a grateful note >>HERE<<.
But I must own up to a personal concern.
Do you know what it is?
What works me up is
not the numbers of likes or
subscriptions but the more responsibility it places
on me.
Yes friend!
For me it means,
more friends to pray for,
more attention to what God says goes up live!
more passion to fire-on even for those times when I feel discouraged.
Here is what the Bible says;
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a
friend that sticketh closer
than a brother. Proverbs 18:24
It is a huge responsibility on your part to have
people who respect your passion, ideas or dreams.
May be you have earned it or you are charismatic; in
whichever shoes you are in, you have a sensitive role to play.
Do you have people who respect and value your
dreams?
Have you ever failed them before?
It
should not be taken for granted having people who love us or respect us enough
to believe in our passion.
There are three very important things you should not do when you have people rooting for you
Don’t
live Unaccountable: Live a life accountable to God.
There are people who look up to you one way or another.
It is easy to disappoint others especially those who look up to us, when we live unaccountable
lives.
Live a life of integrity and genuinely love God.
Not being a people-pleasing or a self-absorbed personality but instead purse a life pleasing to God.
Don’t
be Unresponsive: Maybe someone had written you and has
raised some concerns. Don’t let it go unnoticed without resolving it.
Be
sensitive to those who care about you.
Pay attention to others with your heart.
Don’t
lose yourself: It is your unique sparkle that makes
you the “You” you are.
The drama and the hype of having someone or people who
are your loyal fans may get you drunk in the euphoria of trying to keep or
impress them.
Avoid the pride that lurks around the corner.
