Failing? Get up and Try again (Part 3): When failure becomes your new name

Failing? Get up and Try again (Part 3):
When failure becomes your new name

We have discussed God's Master Plan and God has our backs earlier in this series. Today it is when you start thinking like a failure, you adopt the name "Failure".

Failure is a mentality! It is a Thought-System. OK, you have tried a few things that didn’t work out.
It does not qualify you as a failure. God does not see you as a failure. Then you should STOP seeing you as one.
We are God’s property, instruments of glory, created unto good works. Alleluia!

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:10

No negative situation should redefine who God has called you to be.

Notice, Job’s life was in turmoil. Shouldn’t he be called a failure? But He refused. He saw hope. Surprising, isn’t it? For a man who has lost everything including his family, purposes and plans (Job 17:11).

For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground;  Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.
Job 14:7-9

Are you crushing under pressure? What is your response? How you respond to these unsavoury events reflects your Thought-Process (failing or in path of success).
Does the scripture say anything about not falling at all? On the contrary, bible says when we fall; we will surely get up again.
Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
Psalm 37:24
And,
For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.
Proverbs 24:16

The thing about making failure a part of you is you stop believing God.

Unbelief is counterproductive for your faith life.

To wrap up,
♣ Failure is not your name.
♣ Importantly, God has our backs.
♣ There is hope for you. Do you believe? I do!
♣ If you think you are a failure you slowly and surely become one. (Proverbs 23:7)
♣ When you think like a failure, you stop believing God.
♣ Unbelief puts you in danger of hell (Revelation 21:8).
So what now? You are not a failure! Amen.

Prayer:
I refuse to be a failure. No matter how bleak it looks, I see hope for my case. God’s glory will be revealed in my life in Jesus Name. Amen!

Are there situations that made you start feeling like a failure? Do you see hope? I’d love to read your sweet and encouraging comments. God bless.
