Failing? Get up and Try again (Part 2): He’s got our Backs

Failing? Get up and Try again (Part 2):
He’s got our Backs

For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
Jeremiah 29:11

God cautiously guides us into His will. I couldn’t comprehend events in my life but I knew He was up to something. According to the scriptures, He has got plans for our lives.  In case you are lost, you can read up the first part in this series.

If need be, he shuts doors that we aren’t meant to go into. Only to open the doors we really need.

Do you still trust him? We are God’s children as long as we keep having faith that he still has our best interests at heart.
In the face of a terminal disease, a seemingly hopeless case do you believe he still has plans for you? What good can come out of my situation?
You turn and toss on your bed, deprived of the littlest sleep and drowning in deep seated discouragement.

The fact is God cannot forsake His own people.
We don’t see beyond our noses you might think. Certainly, but we can rely him who knows our future.
And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.                                          Genesis 17:1

Incredible! We walk before him and He’s got our back. He lovingly guides us every step of the way.
One thing is you don’t know where He is headed; you sure can trust him to lead to a safe haven but not necessarily through smooth roads.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I surrender to your will for my life.
I have laboured long and hard enough; I turn-in my desires into your hands.
Lead me Oh Lord in the way you have prepared for me in Jesus Name. Amen!
