Here are 8 points
you should know about knowledge:
Ø It is foolishness to be without the knowledge of God. You perish
without the knowledge of God.
Jeremiah 4:22
For my people is
foolish, they have not known me; they are
sottish children, and they have none understanding: they are wise to do evil, but to do good
they have no knowledge.
Hosea 4:6 My people are
destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will
also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast
forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.
Proverbs
1:7 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and
instruction.
Ø Knowledge, wisdom and understanding dwell together. You can’t have
wisdom without knowledge and you can’t have both without understanding. God gives Knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
Proverbs 2:6
For the LORD giveth wisdom: out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.
Daniel 2:21
And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and
setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that
know understanding:

Proverbs 13:16
Every prudent man
dealeth with knowledge: but a fool layeth open his folly.
Ø God gives
you knowledge that sets you apart. The knowledge of God in a man will announce
him.
Daniel 1:17 As for
these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and
wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.
Exodus 31:2-3 See, I have called by name Bezaleel
the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah: And I have filled him with the spirit of God,

Ø You should pray for and grow in the knowledge of God.
2Peter 3:18
But grow in grace, and in

Ø Wisdom is the fear of God and the fountain of life. It will keep and
preserve you.
Proverbs 4:5-6 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the
words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and
she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
Ecclesiastics 7:12
For wisdom is a defence,
and money is a defence: but the excellency of
knowledge is, that wisdom giveth
life to them that have it.
Proverbs 14:27
The fear of the LORD is
a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
Ø Wisdom is your ticket to promotion, honor, and glory. In everything
you do get wisdom.
Proverbs 4:7-9 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all
thy getting get understanding. Exalt
her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost
embrace her. She shall give to thine
head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
Ø You will find happiness when you get wisdom.
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
Prayer: Lord Jesus, grant
unto me the heart to know you.
Jeremiah 24:7 And I will give them an heart to know me,
that I am the LORD: and they
shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with
their whole heart.
