DAY 15: HOLD ON TO YOUR INTEGRITY

I am glad you still it here. For the next 31 days in December we are discussing these amazing secrets I found out to living happier and more fulfilled.  These secrets are also my personal tips tried and trusted. We will take this journey together and with God’s Help see what wonderful gifts await.

I dare you to implement these secrets and give me your feedback.
Day 15
Hold on to your integrity

A good name is rather to be chosen than great riches, and loving favour rather than silver and gold.      Proverbs 22:1

Your integrity should be protected as a Christian. Let your “yes be yes” and “no be no”. Don’t be a slippery person. Stand for the truth at all times, protect the oppressed and defenceless.

But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.
James 5:12

Build character that will speak for you. Be yourself don’t try to be someone else. You have God-given gifts and a unique personality.

Be a Person of Integrity

Good attributes will attract the right people into your life.

Speak the truth at all times.  Pride limits you. Take responsibility for your actions. Quit the blame game.

My mom always says “just because others are doing it, doesn’t give you the license to go their way. You have something to protect.” Uphold biblical virtues even in the secular world. It is not an easy task but God honors a woman of integrity.

Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked
paths will be found out.                                                                    Proverbs 10:9

HOLD ON TO YOUR INTEGRITY
Job was a man of integrity.  Despite his trails he held on to his integrity. Although his wife suggested otherwise. When you are a person of integrity, people around seem not to understand the reason you do things the way you do. They see it as foolishness.

His wife said to him, “Are you still maintaining your integrity? Curse God and die!”
Job 2:9
